Dr. Samira Soleymanzadeh

Dr. Samira Soleymanzadeh is a Partner in Lawvvy law firm. She is experienced and specialized in corporate law, securities law and foreign trade and investment law.

She has the experience of counseling in several Iranian companies and was involved in domestic and international cases. She is also experienced in advocacy of internal litigations as well. She is a member of ICBAR.

She is a visiting Professor at University of Tehran, now. She has also the experience of teaching at different domestic universities & international campuses. As a faculty member she has taught corporate, commercial law and PIL courses for B.A and M.A students.
